Tiramisu ^^

Tiramisu is one of my all time favourite!

I had never make a tiramisu before and never thought of making one till i saw the recipe on Internet!

it was really easy so i decided to give a try.

so these are the ingredients^^

and lets get started!

 

In a medium bowl,beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth and light yellow.:)

 Then fold in the mascarpone cheese into yolk mixture!

Set aside after that.^^

 Dip the ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange them on the bottom of the bowl that you are going to use.

  ARRANGE :D

 spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers .

 Dip the ladyfingers in the baileys and turn few rounds and repeat the steps again.

 and....

 HERE!

 Cover with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for at least one hour !

sprinkle with cocoa powder before serve and you are doneee ;)

me and zi jing baked vanilla cupcakes and decorated it with fondant^^

 zi jing's chocolate larva cake.

over bake and it became chocolate cake.xD

we were in rush so she went to bake chocolate larva cake
